AC Tune-Up Checklist

A real tune-up means checking the parts that actually cause breakdowns, not just a quick look and a new filter. Every AC Tune-Up includes a full inspection of your system’s refrigerant, electrical components, and airflow, so small problems get caught before they turn into a bigger repair.

  • Refrigerant check: Levels and pressure tested to catch leaks or low charge before they cause a breakdown.
  • Compressor and capacitor testing: Confirms the parts most likely to fail are still operating within spec.
  • Condenser coil cleaning: Removes buildup that makes your system work harder and run less efficiently.
  • Contactor and disconnect inspection: Checked for wear that can lead to electrical failure.
  • Fan motor bearing check: Both indoor and outdoor motors inspected for wear.
  • Electrical connections: All connections inspected and tightened.
  • Evaporator coil inspection
  • Thermostat operation check
  • Temperature differential test: Confirms your system is actually cooling the way it should.
  • New 1" filter installed (other filter sizes noted for your records, not included)

This is the second time I have used CU for my plumbing issues amd they have been amazing both times amd fixed the problem I had Jeremy today he even reached down into my sewage line and got the clean out lid out most definitely will be the only place I use from now on
