The tech that was here, did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone

Had a shower knob that wasn't working. Jeremy is the CU Plumbing employee that came out for the service call. He greated me and immediately asked if I wanted him to wear shoe covers. That's a HUGE deal to me as a homeowner when guests come over and as a customer when professionals come to do work. Jeremy also was sure to take the shoe covers on and off each time he had to step outside. Jeremy also recognized me from a previous CU plumbing job we estimated he helped do well over 3 years ago. He also remembered some details about a conversation we had back then. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the shower knob (and could see that I had made the original problem worse with my attempt to "fix" it). He then quickly figured out a wide range of solutions from simple/the least expensive to complicated/significantly more expensive. He also gave me several options between. We agreed that he would start with attempting the simplest solution, and he was able to properly resolve the issue that simple and least expensive way after having to step out to purchase a necessary part from a local store to complete the work the simplest. He also then figured out a solution to a potential different issue that came up because of the part that was available that wasn't fully compatible with my original shower knob. I don't know anything about plumbing. There are so many places on this job where a dishonest worker could have just kept upcharging and/or adding expenses. Jeremy showed professional expertise AND integrity by getting the job done correctly for the least expensive of all the ways it potentially could have been done. I appreciate him taking the time to explain everything along the way and ask me questions to make sure I was good with how he went about doing the job. Much appreciated. Matthew 7:12.
