Parker was knowledgeable, friendly yet focused. Efficiently inspected and disassembled my furnace with quick and practiced maintenance procedures without any sense of rushing. He even thought something was forgotten and double checked to find he had done it already. Was not thrown off nor made any comments about the state of my spooky basement.
