My journey with 360 Motion Therapy started in November of 2025.  At that time, I walked with a very noticeable limp and using assistive devices (rollator, walker and cane). I can happily say, “that’s the old me.”  There’s a new me in town!!!! I lived in constant fear with every step, every movement - constant fear of falling.  Now I walk without fear, sure and confidant.  I even walk without every step being a conscious, deliberate effort - no small feat I might add!  (No pun intended). When I started the program, I was so full of fear, even walking across a parking lot with different textures (concrete, asphalt, patched asphalt, even parking lines, yellow lines) - these things really messed me up.  Now I take one look at what’s in front of me; I know there's nothing to trip on and I just keep right on walking.  I even walk across grass and other uneven surfaces!  I'm a big girl now!!!!!🙃😊.  Next – to conquer steps and stairs – curbs etc.  Don’t worry – I’ll do that to! I think my visual and mental acuity have improved. The "stay in the moment" and "slow down" mantras are forever with me and that's a very good thing.  I especially notice a feeling of control and more keen observation skills when driving (hx delayed PTSD after MVA). I believe my posture has improved.  It was already my habit to keep my back straight as I walk but now I find that when I'm sitting in a chair – I noticed this, especially at church – that I will be sitting bolt upright away from the back of the chair and not even realizing it. The range of motion in my left hip had been severely compromised for about 31 years at the time I started the program. That's on me - I d/c my home exercise program when I returned to work after my total hip replacement. Now I have much more fluid motion with my left hip, especially laterally.   I no longer need to manually lift my left leg to rotate it when getting into my vehicle!   More unfreezing is being accomplished as 360 Motion Therapy continues. Due to the seated squat exercises, I can now get up off the sofa, get out of a chair, get out of a booth in a restaurant, get off a public commode (most are not comfort height).  True story – I bought a ridged cane (as opposed to folding cane) specifically to hook over public bathroom doors so I could pull myself off the commode.  Some of you will be able to relate. 🙃 One very big thing that I can do now is to get down on the floor – on purpose - and I can get back up off the floor! I sat on the chair in the therapy room with tears rolling down my cheeks the first time I was told that very day, that moment, I was going to get on the floor. I had spent 46 years keeping as much distance as I could between me and the floor. The floor was my absolute enemy.  Just 2 ½ months into the program those seated squat exercises made it possible for me to get off the floor in an emergency situation after unexpectedly stepping off into a sunken living room! I also noticed that it doesn't hurt as much to get on my knees - weight-bearing on my knees. I think that's because I'm building up strength in the muscle supporting my knees. There were some unexpected benefits from this therapy.  The core strength, the extremity strength and the balance were all expected outcomes of my therapy.  What I didn't expect was (how do I say this discreetly) improved bladder control due to increase core strength.  Trips to the bathroom are no longer emergent!!!  While I’m in the neighborhood (anatomically speaking), I actualy think that there is better motility of the G.I. system. The computer portion of the program – used for balance and cognitive therapy - is still challenging me (in a good way).  It’s still outsmarting me – but I’m gaining on it! 🙃😊 Sounds crazy, doesn’t it?  Join the 360 Therapy Program and find out.  You won’t regret it! I’m sure there are many other accomplishments from the 360 Motion Therapy program that I could mention but I have probably used up way too much “real estate” here than what was allotted. I highly recommend the 360 Motion program to everyone.

I had a great experience with this plumbing service! I noticed a water stain and soft spot on my first-floor ceiling coming from the upstairs bathtub. Jeremy Dente, who did the repair, arrived quickly, accurately diagnosed a small leak tucked between the faucet and the bathtub wall, and fixed it efficiently. While he was here, he also noticed and fixed a small leak on my water heater by replacing the pressure valve. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and very reasonable with his pricing. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Answers About HVAC Repairs

If your system’s down, we’ll move quickly. We take calls 24/7, and if it’s an emergency, we do our best to get someone out as soon as possible. Nights and weekends included. Just call and let us know what’s going on.

Yes, we do both. Whether it’s a house that won’t heat or a commercial building with airflow issues, we’ve got the tools and experience to handle it. You won’t need a second team.

We keep things straightforward. Once we figure out what’s wrong, we’ll walk you through the issue and the cost before we do anything. In Central Illinois, most HVAC repairs fall between $150 and $600. More minor fixes, such as capacitor replacements or thermostat issues, tend to be on the lower end, while repairs like blower motor replacements or refrigerant leaks are generally more expensive. No vague estimates. No pressure to do more than what makes sense.

If the system’s old, breaking down a lot, or driving up your bills, we’ll let you know when it might be time to think about replacing it. But we don’t lead with that. We’ll lay out your options so you can decide what works best for your budget and your space.

Yes, we do. We regularly work in smaller towns and rural areas across Central Illinois—places like Bement, Paxton, Hoopeston, and St. Joseph. Whether you’re near a central city like Champaign or tucked outside Villa Grove or Watseka, there’s a good chance we can get a tech out to you. Just call and tell us what’s going on. We’ll do our best to make it work.
