I had a great experience with this plumbing service! I noticed a water stain and soft spot on my first-floor ceiling coming from the upstairs bathtub. Jeremy Dente, who did the repair, arrived quickly, accurately diagnosed a small leak tucked between the faucet and the bathtub wall, and fixed it efficiently. While he was here, he also noticed and fixed a small leak on my water heater by replacing the pressure valve. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and very reasonable with his pricing. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

We reached out to C-U Trade services to have a list of electrical issues looked at. We specifically requested Chuck, because of his wonderful reviews, and he's local to us. Chuck is fantastic and efficient. He was able to get through our punch list, fix the things that could be corrected that day, and gave us an idea of what would be needed if we move forward with the bigger projects. Great experience, and will keep C-U Trade services in our contacts list!

Logan was knowledgeable and friendly. Poor guy had to come out 2 days in a row in triple digit heat but got the job done!! He even detected a power issue underground that we had to have resolved by Ameren. He stayed on the phone with me as I was speaking with the Ameren representative. Excellent customer service! Thank you Logan!

Had a sump pump failure early afternoon, with rain forecast overnight. They had a technician here that afternoon & replaced the pump.
Jeremy Dente was the tech, very knowledgeable explained the repair thoroughly.

I called to get a water repair on a pipe in the wall Where water was leaking They were out at my house within 30 minutes. Had the job done under an hour very reasonable price and very good work. Jeremy Dente did a very good job knows what he’s doing and very good at His work thank you.

I really like this company. I have used them twice and both times i have been very satisfied. First time was to check why my furnace wasn't working during winter. The technician came right on time and found the problem and only charged me couple dollars. Second time was for plumbing and leaking issues. They came and adjust some nodes and gave me some recommendations without charging me a dime. Thank you C-U trade. Nelly.C

We have had plumbers and HVAC workers here multiple times on various projects. All of the men were very professional each time they were here.They work diligently and make sure the job is done timely and done very well. Matt and Jayden were here when we had all new plumbing installed and for part of our remodel as well. Matt has been back a few more times for all the remodel projects. Very kind, hard working men. Dan and Andy are both great too. They work hard to get their men here as quickly as we need them. We highly recommend CU Plumbing and CU HVAC!
