The faucet in my walk-in bathtub broke. Actually, the handle for the hot water on the faucet broke off and water was leaking. It was an urgent issue and CU Plumbing was the only Plumbing company that showed concern about my situation. I am blessed that they sent plumbers to my home as soon as possible.

I spoke with Brianna in the office. She was extremely helpful and professional. She was my first contact with CU Plumbing and she left a lasting impression. This is the person you want working the frontlines for your company. Brianna kept me updated with the ETA arrival time of the crew that was coming that day.

The plumbers showed up on time and were friendly and polite. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves. I appreciate that they took the time to explain my options to me. It was refreshing to have everything explained in detail. They are getting a quote together for the work that needs to be done.
