The Dr. is in, the ugly truth

Paul Debolt came out as our technician and was able to give us the answers we needed to get out water on demand system on the right track. We had heard good things about this company and decided to give them a call after the prior company conveyed to us that they were just guessing what parts we were needing to fix the problem. Cu trades showed up on time and the technician listen to the information we already had obtained ourselves about the unit. He was polite reliable and willing to diagnose the problem so we didn't have to spend money on unnecessary parts.

Jeremy did a great job and he earned my trust. This is my first time using C-U. Toilet replacement. Everything went smoothly, the process was simple. The installer was very kind in answering all my questions. The lady that answers the phone was kind and patient with my questions and concerns. I plan on calling them for a bigger project hoping that everything will be as good as it was with this very small project.They were very competitive in their pricing, it was great because it was such a small project, most companies try to overcharge to make it worth their while.It was easy to get them on phone, unlike many others. It was easy to get pricing as well. They send me responses when they said they would.In my eyes, they did everything right.

A qualified technician takes care of making sure everything runs smoothly.Putting an alarm in my phone helps me remember me to check the filter (start with 2 months, then add 1 more if still clean).Looking forward to many years of reliable service!

I had a water heater problem, and they sent out Paul Debolt on a Friday morning. Paul knew exactly what needed to be done and had all the tools in his truck. Then I had another leak that I didn't find until 10:30 pm on a Saturday night. The guy on call was at my house within an hour, stopped the leak, and was gone by midnight, at no charge since they just worked on the water heater the day before. In the last year, they have worked on my livestock well in the bitter cold, installed a new air conditioner in my house, and performed maintenance on my furnace every year. My HVAC guy, Danial, said their company could also service my 25KW standby generator too! You need to make CU HVAC, Plumbing, & Electric your "go-to" for all your heating/air conditioning, plumbing, & electrical needs. 5-stars all the way.

The whole team was great and Paul Debolt made it a priority to come out the next day and followed up on the repair unfortunately we had to do a replacement but the price was reasonable and the service was impeccable

Called CU Under Construction for a leak in my crawlspace. Curtis and Mitchell came within two hours of calling and completed the service in less than an hour. Another plumbing company looked at it before CU Under Construction and said they did not have the capacity to fix the problem. I will continue to use CU Under Construction for whatever problem I have at my home in the future. The price for repairing my leak was extraordinarily reasonable, and I was happy to pay every penny.
