We had a slow water leak from the ceiling. We received a service call from an another vendor and was presented with a very high estimate for the supposedly needed repair work earlier this morning. We contacted C-U Trade Services for a second opinion and received an awesome service from Jeremy and Brady this afternoon. They diagnosed the problem quickly, accurately, and repair was done within 1.5 hours this afternoon. The actual repair cost was about 1/10th of the earlier vendor's estimate. I plan on using C-U Trade Services in the future. I recommend you do the same.

The young man (I missed his name) professionally handled my inspection service. He was intelligent as well; he knew how to look up last service date so he knew this particular cleaning of my air conditioning unit hadn’t been performed in two years. And it’s supposed to be cleaned every year (I believe).
So, the inspection and everything about it was very well done!
I also appreciate the fact that he put on disposable “booties” when he was in my front foyer; and he picked up any mess left by the act of cleaning the outside unit. Well done!

The technician arrived on time, to check a problem with our cooling system. After his inspection, and conferring with an associate, he determined the problem is inherent to our system and would require an extensive repair. He suggested we leave the system as is until replacement is required.
He was very polite and informative. I would not hesitate to contact CU-Const again for service.

So my water heater went out Sunday night and C-U Trade Services were at my house at 11:30a Monday morning. My water heater was 15 years old and had several issues so I decided to have them replace the unit instead of fixing the current problems and then needing a replacement a year or two later. Jeremy and Brady did a wonderful job. Great communication about my options along with being very professional. They replaced my water heater (on Monday) at a very reasonable price.
